• THE LOWDOWN – Doane knew just how to get into Nitro’s head: through Melina! By tormenting all of them, he garnered not only several victories, but a number of humiliations for Melina along the way.

••• AUGUST 14TH, 2004 - JOHNNY NITRO VS. KEN DOANE – Nitro faces a rookie new to OVW - 18 year old Ken Doane. Doane shockingly gets the win over Nitro, and this sends both him and Melina into a fit! [PHOTOS]
••• AUGUST 28TH, 2004 - INTERVIEW WITH KEN DOANE – Following another shocker by Ken Doane the week before, Melina and Nitro interrupt an interview with Ken Doane. Nitro demands a match with Doane at Fall Brawl 2, and much to Melina’s disgust, he puts a “night of passion” with her on the line. [PHOTOS]
••• FALL BRAWL 2 - JOHNNY NITRO VS. KEN DOANE – Nitro and Doane go on-one-one - a night with Melina on the line. Following much help from Matthews and Melina, Nitro gets the pin and the win - saving Melina, at least for another week! [PHOTOS]
••• SEPTEMBER 18TH, 2004 - JOHNNY NITRO VS. KEN DOANE – In a match made the week before, Nitro defeated Doane, winning the keys to his Camaro! [PHOTOS]
••• OCTOBER 9TH, 2004 — A week after MNM joyride in Doane’s car, they demand another match after Doane tries to get even by forcing a kiss onto Melina! This time, Doane’s car and a week with Melina are placed on the line. Nitro also adds another stipulation to the match - the referee will be Joey Matthews! [PHOTOS]
••• OCTOBER 16TH, 2004 - JOHNNY NITRO VS. KEN DOANE – With Matthews as the referee, the match between Doane and Nitro seemed academic. However, Doane accidentally took out Matthews during the course of the match, and another referee came in and counted the quick pin on Nitro. Doane celebrated, hoisted Melina up on his shoulder, and walked out of the arena! [PHOTOS]
••• OCTOBER 23RD, 2004 — A video package of Melina’s week with Doane aired, showing Melina being forced to clean Doane’s boots, his car, and his oven. Afterwards, Melina reluctantly manages Doane in his match, but Nitro and Matthews run out, beating down Doane and letting Melina slap him across the face! [PHOTOS]

• NOW? – Now known as Kenny Dykstra, the young “rookie” has debuted on RAW and been drafted to SmackDown. While on RAW, the unthinkable happened - Nitro and Dykstra formed a makeshift tag team, teaming together on several occasions, even once with Melina in a 6-man tag match! Obivously, their feud hasn’t transcended to the WWE.
