Melanie Little Deer is proud of her Native American heritage. Raised in the southwest, her family instilled strong values in her, and told her tales of the great Indian wrestlers of the past. Names like Wahoo McDaniel, Chief Jay Strongbow, Billy Red Cloud, Bobby Bold Eagle, and Chief Big Heart and their exploits led this fine athlete to follow their path and pursue a career in the ring. With her great grandmother as her spirit guide, Little Deer wrestles as a noble warrior, hoping to break the stereotype of the wild Indian. With the support and encouragement of friends and family, this fine member of the Indian Nation will go far.
